This takes place inside of a pyramid deep below the ice in Antarctica. It is seen that the Predators breed aliens every hundred years for the purpose of hunting. They do have a resistance to it. When Scar killed an alien, the Predator showed Lex that its acidic blood doesn’t burn through its own dome. With regards to the acidic blood, it’s made very clear that a Xenomorph’s own acidic blood doesn’t burn through its own body. The aliens managed to free the captive Queen by injuring her similar to how the aliens escaped on the Auriga. The aliens are also fairly intelligent and knew about their acidic blood just like the Xenomorphs on the Auriga. Its tail was exceptionally strong and powerful too. This was proven with the Grid Alien who managed to kill two Predators. They may be the strongest Xenomorphs encountered.
The life cycle from a Facehugger to a Chestburster to an adult Xenomorph is a lot quicker than previously seen. Their hands are also much larger than before. Instead of a darker brown, they’re black in colour. They have the usual characteristics of a smooth dome, tendrils on their backs and an inner jaw. The Xenomorphs seen in Antarctica were very similar to the aliens on the USM Auriga.
